Inicie pensando e visualizando o que verdadeiramente quer.
Exemplo:
- A sua casa de sonho
- Países que gostaria de visitar
- Emprego de sonho
- O livro que quer escrever
Sobre cada objetivo faça duas perguntas:
- Porquê (para perceber o valor subjacente)
- E para quê (para perceber se faz mesmo sentido)
Para cada objetivo defina:
- O que dará a si próprio quando conseguir
- E o castigo que impõe a si próprio se não conseguir
Anote todos os pensamentos numa folha escrita!
Quando os objetivos estiverem claros comece a pesquisar imagens, recortes de revista ou jornais, frases com que se identifique e que irão motivá-lo para persistir na conquista do objetivo.
Quando tiver o material todo está na hora de iniciar a elaboração do seu Dreamboard.
Num quadro de cortiça, colocamos toda a informação organizada da forma que faz mais sentido para si. Todos os elementos representarão o que é realmente importante e que quer que se torne realidade.
Também pode ser feito numa folha de cartolina utilizando a técnica da colagem.
Quando terminar, deve colocar num local onde seja visível diariamente.
